Order Flow

Choose from our FLORIST Recommended items or your favorite designer’s creations, and continue to checkout and payment.
【Delivery】
Your order will be delivered via major courier services, including Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Yu-Pack (Japan Post).
Payment Method
【Credit card payment】
We accept VISA/ MASTER/ JCB/ DINERS/ AMEX credit cards.
【Mobile Payment】
PayPay / Merpay / Rakuten Pay are available.
【Bank Transfer】
You can pay by bank transfer or Pay-easy. Transfer fees vary depending on the financial institution.
When using Pay-easy payment, a fee of 190 yen will be charged at the time of payment.
【Pay Later (BNPL)】
This is a service that allows you to easily make payments the following month using only your email address and mobile phone number. Payment fees vary depending on the payment method.

Cancellation and Returns Policy
【About cancellations】
Please note that we will handle your cancellation in accordance with the FLORIST cancellation policy. Please note that when refunding, bank transfer fees incurred at the time of payment will not be refunded. Any refunds we receive from you will be deducted from the amount of the bank transfer fee of 300 yen.
Cancellation up to 4 days before the product arrival date: 50% of the product price including tax (excluding shipping)
Cancellation between 3 days before the product arrival date and after the product has been shipped: 100% of the product price including tax (excluding shipping)
【About returns】
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If the product you receive is defective (damaged during delivery, etc.), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to return the product for your own reasons, shipping charges (shipping and return charges) will be borne by you (prepaid).
