- Choose a Model Movie -
First, choose a “Model Movie” that matches your preferred scene.After completing your order, a dedicated form will be sent to the email address you registered. From the form, simply select the video you’d like to use.
※You don’t need to choose your video at the time of order.
Step02
− Record Your Video −
Once you’ve recorded your video with a smartphone or camera, simply upload it through the dedicated form sent in「Step 01」and submit it! You can record alone or with a group—feel free to enjoy the process however you like. Additionally, if you wish, you can include photos to share special memories and moments alongside your video.

※The overall runtime is recommended to be approximately 2 minutes.

− Delivery & Share −
The completed video will be delivered as a message card along with your flowers. Recipients can easily watch and save the video simply by scanning the QR code. You, as the orderer, will also receive the video data, allowing you to share it with family and friends or post it on social media and enjoy it freely.
※FLORIST will retain your data for a period of 30 days.

◼︎ If the deadline is missed, your order will be shipped without the Message byMovie.
*However, we can still send the video file directly to the sender even after the deadline.
*No reminder emails regarding the deadline will be sent, so please make sure to manage your timeline carefully.
◼︎ Please note that video previews or edits cannot be accommodated after submission.
◼︎ If you purchase the Message byMovie on its own, the video data will be delivered digitally (no physical product included).

You can browse our model movies by situation. There’s no need to decide on a video at the time of your order. After placing your order, you’ll receive a dedicated Message byMovie form.
